This policy covers direct pecuniary loss sustained by the employer by all acts of fraud or dishonesty committed by any of the employed named in the policy :-
| a) |
During the period of Indemnity, and |
| b) |
During the uninterrupted continuance of employment of such employed, and |
| c) |
In connection with his occupation |
Loss is payable, if the fraud or dishonesty is discovered :-
| a) |
During the policy period |
| b) |
Within 6 months after the expiry of the policy period |
| c) |
Within 6 months after the termination of the employment of the employee concerned. |
Whichever happens first.
